
Admission Process
After deciding what to study at APIIT, you need to submit an application. See the guideline below on how to apply for admission.
Step 1: Application for admission
Download the appropriate application form for admission.

Postgraduate Application FormThese forms are available from the Student Services at each campus. You may also request one by phoning us at 603-89961000 or emailing students@apiit.edu.my.
Submit the completed form together with supporting documents to the Student Services and ensure that:
You have completed all sections of the application form.
You have assembled all supporting documents for your application:
Certified copies of academic certificates
Photocopy of your identification documents
Please ensure that you submit your application before the commencement of your intake. Returning students must submit their applications at least 3 weeks before the commencement of the course.
Step 2: Acknowledgement of application
Your application will be acknowledged by post. When we have received all documentation required, we will assess your application against the entry requirements for the programme on which you want to enrol.
Step 3: Approval of application
When your application is approved, you will receive an offer of place, and upon accepting the offer, you will be liable for course and other fees as applicable. Please obtain the latest Fees Schedule from the Student Services.
Step 4: Fees Payment
You may pay your fees either by cash, cheque, teletransfer or bank draft.
Step 5: Enrolment into programme / course
After completing the application process, you will be enrolled into the respective programme / course.
Note: International students must wait for Student Pass approval after payment is made. This usually takes six weeks and upon approval, an Acceptance Letter will be sent to you. You will then have to arrange your flight to Malaysia and inform us of your arrival date and time at KLIA for the purpose of airport pick-up.
